When I try to upgrade my 2100 with the latest Navigon Fresh I get a dialogue box that tells me that I don't have enough available space on the Navigon card to complete the update. I have a Toshiba Satelite M305-S4910, so I have the Navigon card plugged directly into the computer via a card port. Should I delete some of the files on the card first?
In any case I need help. Thanks for your time and attention to this matter.

Try to use another card with increased storage instead of deleting files. It's recommended this way because it's better to keep the files associated with Navigon instead of deleting them.
Attach the device to computer, log-in using your username and password, then the application will prompt you to install the update. You have the possibility to install map updates through this application.
To update your GPS, download NAVIGON Fresh and log-in using your username and password. If there are updates, NAVIGON will prompt you to install them. Make sure to have an active Internet connection while performing this operation.
Since the application is free of charge I recommend you to download and install Navigon Fresh 3.5.1 from the official web page. Select the version compatible with your operating system, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided steps. After you open the software click the Backup and restore option from the Welcome window, connect your device to your computer via USB cable, click Next and follow the instructions.
You need to purchase the update then a username and password will be issued to you. After you purchase the update package, NAVIGON Fresh will download and install the software. The download size is something around 2 GB of data. This means that it could take a while.
When you press the button to switch off your Navigon the following appears on the screen:
The device will switch to standby mode in a few seconds
Standby Off
If you tap the word Off quickly before those few seconds are up the device will switch off instead of going into Standby.
